Communal spaces
The Point has plenty of communal facilities including a gym on-site, a co-working space and rooms you can book out for your private events.
The Lounge
We have designed the lounge as a space where people can sit on the sofas or around the big table and work from their laptop, read a book or catch up with friends.
The Gym & Studio
We have a fully equipped gym and studio on site and run a schedule of classes that take place throughout the week that range from HIIT sessions, to strength training, to yoga and pilates.
The Garden Room
The Garden Room is a space that leads out to the roof terrace, and is a quiet place during the day for people to work in. In the evenings and during the weekends this space is often used for events.
The Terraces
We have two terraces at The Point. On the roof terrace you can find a quiet spot on the benches to read a book in private, make yourself a picnic to enjoy with friends, or just lie back and catch some rays. The lower terrace is where we host bootcamps.
The Screening Rooms
The two screening rooms are spaces equipped with screens, game consoles and Sky TV where we host screening events and which are also available for private hire.
The Club Room
The Club Room is a quiet space during the day for people to work in. In the evenings and during the weekends this space is often used for events. The room can also be booked out for private hire, and is also where some of the on-site clubs like the book club meet up each week.
The Library
For those who often work at home but like to break out from their apartments at times, there’s the on-site library. A quiet space to work on your laptop, or sit and read. IS THERE ANY WHERE TO TAKE CALLS ETC
The Bike Store
All cyclists can keep their bikes in our bike store, which is kitted out with bike washing stations and repair kits to keep your bikes in great condition.
The Laundry Room
The Laundry Room is designed to be a space where you can sit and read or watch the tv while you do your laundry.
The Point is developed and operated by Dandara Living, the rental division of the Dandara Group.
